Friends writing email is also an art, and we must learn this art so that we can express our self more effectively

While writing an email we must follow SCQA format i.e.
S-Situation
C-Complication
Q-Question
A-Suggested Answer.

There are Certain rules to be followed while writing an email :
 Avoid Repetition
 Have a good subject line
 Follow SCQA format
 Avoid using I instead use we.
 Write short sentences
 Check for the correct tense
 Have a proper End Line

LIVING LIFE

People know that they are going to die at one or the other point of time but surprisingly we live life as we are never going to die. We spent lots of our time in show off i.e. living others life and again we do this just to look good.


Life is very small so we shouldn’t waste it on living others life.
I don’t know this small life time is not enough to love and still we are fighting ask yourself why? Start loving the things.

Steve Jobs said ‘Keep looking for what you love to do but do not settle keep looking. . .

Live each day as it is the last day of your life and ask yourself if today will be the last day of my life, Am I doing what I am supposed to do?’

We all are going to die and we can’t carry our assets with us after death, then why there is always a felling of loosing something remember one thing WE BORN NAKED AND WE WILL DIE NAKED.

Learn From Others

Till now sir has shown us many movies, the aim of showing movie was not to entertain the students but to teach them to learn from the others.

•The First movie Shown to us was “Pirates of Silicon Valley”
The story of the movie revolves around Mr. Bill Gates Founder of Microsoft and Mr. Steve Jobs Founder of Apple Co.

This story told us that how the thread to success is initialized.
And how to stick to your goal to achieve success, this movie shows a very good way to approach towards the destiny. Also one best thing about the movie was it tells to apply theory into practice.

And the VISION.

This moves is the best example of team work.

• The second one was not the movie but the speech of Mr. Steve Jobs.
This was again a very good speech to learn and to understand different colors of life.

The Points to be learnt from the movie are :
1. Connecting the DOTS
Can’t connect the dots looking forward but can only be connected looking backward. So have to trust that somehow it will be connected to future.

2. Sometimes life hit you with the brick but never lose faith.

3. Find What you love

4. “The only way to be satisfied is to do what you believe is a great work. And only way to do great work is to love what you do and if you haven’t found it yet keep looking Don’t settle.”

5. Love what you did, There is always a opportunity carried by any problem, e.g. PIXAR and NeXT could not have started if Steve wasn’t thrown out of the Apple.


•The third one is “THE SECRET”
This movie is based on the book THE SECRET.

• Always try to avoid the things you don’t like and if you don’t like it then try to accept it.
• “If You can’t avoid it accept it”
